For Star Wars fans, young and old, Lego has brought to life one of the most famous scenes of the big screen. The Rancor Pit is sold as a stand alone set or as an additional piece to Jabba’s Palace. If you or your child is a Star Wars fan, Lego offers dozens of Star Wars sets based on the original and newer movie series. What did consumers list as the pros and cons to the Lego Star Wars Rancor Pit? Read here to find out more.
Should You Buy the Lego Star Wars Rancor Pit?
One of the best parts of the Lego Star Wars Rancor Pit is that it is a fun set on its own. It comes with Rancor that has fully movable parts, Luke Skywalker and two other figures, the chamber and quite a few accessories including skeletons, keys and the bone that Luke uses to defeat Rancor in the movie.
This set can be a little expensive, normally running between $50 and $60 depending on where it was purchased, but not too much for a quality Lego toy. Since it is a stackable Lego set, Jabba’s Palace can be placed on top to create the authentic movie look.
Jabba’s Palace is quite a bit more elaborate and starts out at over $100 so for the complete set, it can get quite expensive. Some customers stated without the additional Palace, the Lego Star Wars Rancor Pit just wasn’t as enjoyable.
If you are wondering whether or not to buy the Lego Star Wars Rancor Pit, the simple answer is yes. Lego toys are never cheap, but fans of the toys know that, and if you are willing to spend the money this toy is well worth the price tag. If you or anyone you know enjoys the classic Star Wars films and is also a Lego fan, the Lego Star Wars Rancor Pit just may be the perfect gift as well as any of the sets from the entire line of the Lego Star Wars toys. To complete the set consider purchasing Jabba’s Palace too.
